A POLÍTICA DE FUNDOS CONTÁBEIS: O QUE MUDA NA EDUCAÇÃO NOS MUNICÍPIOS GOIANOS

Resumo

This research aims to present the educational changes in Goiás with the establishment of the Fundeb – Fund for the Maintenance and Development of Basic Education and Enhancement of Education Professionals (Fundeb) in 2007. This funding policy has triggered considerable changes in the way the funds collected under the rule are redistributed among the states and municipalities. This research also analyzes the implementation of the policy of public funding for education in municipal education in Goiás and the changes caused by this process in terms of provision of teaching and educational indicators.
